Very easy process. Great people.

Car had large dent/ scratch in roof but did not notify me of it and gave no opportunity for me to relay to them before leaving parking lot.

The person at the counter told me she couldn’t add my AARP discount I had todo that thru the 800# . She had filled out a contract on an up sale vehicle and I advised that’s not what I needed as I was taking it one way and flying back. She had me go out and compare the 2 and make my decision. I can back to a line of customers in which I had no issue waiting my turn as I chose to walk out and look at the vehicles. She called me back to the counter asked which on I wanted made notes on the contract and sent me on my way. Never corrected the contract so I shouldn’t have signed it and waited until I got proper paperwork. I got the vehicle drove 30 miles to my home to load things and called the 800# about my AARP discount in which I’m told has to be done at the rental counter where I picked up the vehicle from. He gave me a direct # which I called back several (18) times with lapse in between and she never answered. I called the 800# back once I got to PA to see if I could extend my reservation for 2 days until my flight left so I’m not depending on others to take me to the airport when my flight leaves Monday and was told it would be an additional 560$ for 2 days. However since I didn’t get my discount from the original agreement they could take off $175 to $180 if I did return the car by the original specified time. I turned it in as agreed and wasn’t given my discount. I will not be renting from their company again.

Enterprise is conveniently located in this airport’s baggage claim area. Drop-off was quick & easy. An attendant promptly arrived for check-out. The walk from drop off isn’t long, no shuttle needed. Staff members were pleasant and helpful. This was one of the easiest car rentals I’ve experienced.

We were allowed to book and then told no on either would be there to assist us. When we arrived to the airport, other passengers were being assisted. There would have been no issue with us booking and keeping the car. Communication was awful during the entire experience.

Complete rip off 1800 for a minivan Sat-Wed after waiting 1 hour in line at airport. Girl at counter was great. Stop taking advantage and hire more people.

Do not use Priceline for a one way rental

Hertz were excellent and looked after me well, even upgraded me to SUV when no full size available

The service was horrible, the lady who attended me, was so rude, I felt she was racist and she didn't treat me polite, she was screaming to me all the time, and told me something like "why I rent a car if I don't speak English". This was the worse experience service in my life.
