The car was filthy dirty outside, and when questioned about it was told that they are not responsible for the cleanliness of the car outside. The trunk was still full of junk/garbage from the previous renters. The tires shimmied at speeds of 55 to 60 mph indicating there was a need to have the tires aligned. It was very noisy inside the car. I had signed up to receive the car at 10am on July 19 and return the car on July 23 at 3 PM and was quoted approximately $963. I was charged over $1100 and the explanation was that I kept the car for another day. I expected more from Avis.
