I was looking for a 4WD SUV to go to the snow. I haven't seen a filter for 4WD, so I called Enterprise directly and they were super helpful. I went in and they got me in and out very fast and the SUV was fantastic. Thanks!

Usual enterprise balogna at this location First car had no air in tires. Place they take it Was closed so I could wait an hour for them to open or just for 10.00 more per day they can give me a better car. Not sure why if it’s their fault they would charge me. So I got the better car. Brought it up and it was not clean (at 8am) in the morning. Had to wait for them to run it in car wash. They apologized and said bring car back with no gas. I thought that was nice of them until I saw this 24 gallon tank with less than 3 gallons of gas Not only did it cost me 100 to fill but in way home how do you chance running out of gas from a long trip and have to stop late at night in an area that is not safe so I brought it back with a half tank which I lost another 50 bucks. If you renting a car why can t the gas be full when you pick it up

Upsell attempts during pick up. The car could have been cleaner. Attempted to drop off the car Sunday night ahead of Monday morning, but sign on window stated no after hours drop off.

The middle eastern woman at the front desk was nice and friendly. She was very knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable with the car rental. I would most definitely rent again if she is the person helping me.

I booked the car, they called and said hey we don’t have the car, call customer service. Called them, they put me on hold and then eventually said they’ll transfer me to somebody to help me but it want back to the beginning of the call with the automated person.

I reserved the vehicle two days in advance, but when it was time to pick up car, I was told NO CARS AVAILABLE!! Not good.
