Staff was rude would not take payment method that I paid kayak with waited till last minute to tell me me thy did not have the car I paid for. Should not do bussiness with then makes kayak look bad

Charged me to upgrade vehicle when I didn’t ask or want to because they didn’t have what I reserved. I worked for enterprise and we never charged people when it was the company to upgrade.
