We were able to get a free upgrade when our first vehicle had a small issue. The attendant was very helpful, and we needed the larger vehicle too. Our return was also easy. Very pleased with the service.

Staff at the pick up location were disorganized and unprofessional. The vehicle exterior was dirty and there was only 1/4 tank of gas. The service at the drop off location (Wichita airport) was friendly, efficient and helpful.

They called me 30 minutes prior to my scheduled pick up and told me that they did not have a car for me. They told me to go to KC airport location as they had cars. I went to airport and they said that they didn't know why they told me that. They would not rent me a car for the same price as my reservation. They were charging almost three times as much! Airfare was less than that so I decided to fly instead!!
