The customer service was very good I got a small economy car because that's all I can afford what was disappointing was the car needed an alignment real bad N the engine sounded like it was abused sounded loud the light went on I don't know which light it beeped couldn't see which light went on N also no registration papers were in the car, gotta look out for safety for all please look out

Nice Employee’s, the first car they gave us was not in very good condition. We were gonna try and go to another lot but another car was brought back and we were able to trade it out. Other than that they were very nice

I made a reservation 2 weeks before my pick up and they didn’t have the car I reserved then told me I could drive to phoneix airport and get another one but I was traveling at night and when I got in the area they were closed so I had to drive 1850 miles cramped up in a car

The original pick-up location was Apple Valley at noon. THEY CLOSED AT NOON!!! Thank goodness for the Victorville location, which was 30 minutes from me. Kayak/Priceline/Hertz needs to get on board with the opening and closing times of locations. Why would you allow me to schedule a 12:00 pick-up time if the location closes at 12:00? You sabotaged my time and trip. Thanks... Cars are dirty.
