The lovely black woman who checked me in was the best (I am sorry I forgot your name!) But she understood that I was on a tight budget, and was able to patiently help me reschedule my rental to fit with the limited funds I had. She was amazing and I thank her for her help.

The van was not in good shape. The lady check us out was not friendly. She was rude just not friendly. She did not know how to explain the insurance. I took out insurance but did not really need it.

When our flight arrived late, they gave our car away! We were stranded. It was a stressful experience and we won’t use or recommend Budget! Not dependable!!

Couldn't rate anything on a car because we never were able to get a car despite reserving three weeks in advance. We were told that we could wait a couple of hours on the day of scheduled pickup for a car but there were no guarantees we could get a car even then. Very, very unhappy!
