I would of liked the car to already been cleaned and washed when we got there. We did confirm 2 times we were on our way to pick it up. We had to ask if they could please wash and clean it . Gentleman said he was SORRY IT DIDNT MEET OUR EXPECTATIONS…but that’s what all customers want not just me .. to get a clean rental …Other than that it was great!

I made an arrangement to rent an 8 passenger premium SUV at the branch but was very disappointed to find out that the car wasn’t available when I got there. However, Jeff at the branch went above and beyond to help me out and found a car for me. Our family had a great time and it was all because of Jeff’s dedication.

After I reserved a car they called me at the last minute and said they left me a message saying they did not have the car I reserved. When I call them back I was put on hold for over 45 minutes. I got a ride to pick up any car that they had available and I was rudely told by their employee that they were closed. I would not recommend Fontana Enterprise.

I waited to be picked up for 2 hours. Also I booked a car for $86, and the local office called me and told me they don’t have this car and I had to pay $128. They did not keep they word…. They could have given me whatever they had in stock at the same price.
