Jackwagons wouldn't take my visa debit card never use these asshats in St George totally unprofessional arrogant just to name a few things I'm not impressed and I've rented a few cars in my day Do not use as I will never again

I didn’t realize that I was renting the car in “downtown” St George! I thought I was picking it up at the airport as I had on my previous trip. This caused me to search for an Uber which cost me an additional $50 from the airport and then another $50 from downtown where I dropped off the car to get me back to the airport. I may have missed something on the site? But maybe that is something that you could make a little more clear during the online rental process. I did try to get a car at the other rental companies at the airport and none of them had anything available

Kia Sportage was a competent car for 1000 miles on our trip. We arrived at St George airport to discover our cat was at the in-town Enterprise location. I called from the airport to confirm as I knew we would be later than their 2pm closing. I was told they would wait but it was all shut down when we arrived at 215. We had to Uber back to the airport where Hertz rented us a car from Saturday to Monday( the next time Ent was open). Monday morning the service was outstanding. But it cost us 2 Ubers and a 2 day rental, almost $500. If you are not going to stay after 2 please tell me and I won’t waste my time and money.

They were ok. The car wasn’t spotless and one of the seatbelts didn’t work. But it was ok. I arrived late because of some unforeseen issues and the attendant was quick to inform me that in the future they wouldn’t rent to me because I was so late. Well, that won’t be a problem because I’ll rent somewhere else. It was frustrating because it was a crappy day already and he just had to remind me again that I was late. Whatever.

When I arrived at the airport, they didn’t have the car. I asked when it would be there and they said it wouldn’t. I asked where it was and they said in town. I asked for a ride to it and they said they didn’t have a driver, but gave me a business card for a taxi. Polite but totally unhelpful, and I think the whole situation was completely unacceptable.

Flight was delayed by about an hour due to weather. Arrived at airport having done pre checkout with avis. Agent was gone with a note saying they had to leave, so sorry. There were no taxis available and no ubers. Fortunately the gentleman at Enterprise drove us into town and rented us a car from his other location's fleet (he was out of cars at the airport). Avis agent could have just left a key with the guy at Enterprise and still gone away but they didn't really consider the position that they were putting me in. I will strongly hesitate to ever use avis again given that experience, which is kind of unfair since it was one person's bad behavior. But I also think avis should have a system in place so that this sort of thing doesn't happen.

Wanted economic vehicle got a gas hog instead of a rental for 300$ ended up over 400 with gas for 450 miles! Would have really not have had the upgrade!
