very nice inside! bathrooms were beautiful, quite homey. Loved the bodega accross the street & the corner bars were fun

Couches could stand to be updated/replaced- not too comfy & not enough seating to be together in tv area.

I was charged a different amount than agreed upon. Luckily I waited for my receipt for review. They charged me for gas even though the tank was full. When I asked why I was told if you drive less than 75 miles they will automatically charge for fuel. Not a good practice when we returned the car with a full tank of gas. The car was great and the rental process easy. The price was outrageous for a week Hoping car rentals will become more affordable soon.

I rent cars for business purposes almost every month and used to shop around for the best price and the most accessible location. Avis has become my "go-to" dealer; there really is no reason to look elsewhere. This is a top-notch professional company and provide the same excellent standard of service no matter where in the country I am. Their slogan when I was a kid was, "We try harder." Obviously, they did ... and they succeeded!

They were under staffed. We were just sent out to find our car (after a long wait) No help to figure it all out. No map of the area.

I contracted for a 1 day rental. I needed to drop the car off by 9AM the next day in order to avoid a next day charge. When I dropped the car off at 7AM the next day there was no one at the rental desk. I filled out the return form and place it and the keys to the car in a secure drop box. With in the next few days I received a charge on my bank account for double my contract rate. When I call to inquire I was told that I was being charged for two days rental. I told the phone attendant that I took a picture of the odometer, clock and parking spot location number. I was then told that Avis would refund the overcharge. Calling Avis to dispute the charge was an unnecessary waste of my time. Staff your desk at a normal business hour or make the contactless return more accurate.

Service was amazing The only thing I didn’t like was the condition of the car The car was smelly and it wasn’t cleaned in the inside and it needed maintenance. Overall the experience was awesome.
