Rejected first car offered as it had tire issues. 2nd Car had been smoked in recently and stunk. Had to take 2nd car as no others available. First car offered not safe to drive. Left rear tire was 8 pounds low. Front right tire had Dime size chunk of rubber missing from the tread face. The agent in Lewes had been apprised of those issues when I turned in the same car 3 days earlier. She offered me the same car. I assumed it had been fixed. It had not.

The cost for a car for one day was expensive but the car itself was perfect.
My appointment for pickup was scheduled at 4pm. When I arrived at 4pm, the place was closed and no one available. I called and spoke with customer service, and they were extremely rude. They also said no cars would be available the next day, but when I asked for an explanation since my car was never picked up, all they said was “I don’t know, I’m not there”. Overall very negative experience. With so many rental car options, I will not be using Budget again.

They closed the location and cancelled my trip. When I contacted customer service, they would hang up on me. I can’t believe they would cancel a confirmed reservation. I plan on contacting them directly as well.
