This place cx’d my reservation without contacting me. Then I asked the supervisor Lissette at the Concord Ca location for her supervisor bc she couldn’t answer the questions I needed and she redirected me to the customer service center. I didn’t ask for that department. I asked for your supervisor. Totally disgusted with budget and will never again in life rent from them and Yall are about to go viral when I put it on my multiple platforms.

The pick up and drop off staff were friendly enough. The car when i picked it up was really dirty inside and out. I had to ask the guy to vacuum it and even when he was done it was still really dirty. The car was covered with dust outside. It was my first experience on renting a car that was not cleaned up prior to renting and it has a lot of dents / scratches that maybe a good thing so nobody would steal from it?
Given our times service was ok. Slow but, well, seems slow is now universal. Car was clean, operated fine so, all in all, a good experience.

proper vehicle hand over with checking for any damages and other issues which was not done. The return was ridiculous since they are closed on weekends. The car by itself was not good for the trip

Booked Ford Edge or equivalent. Got a Toyota 4Runner. Difficult for 79 yo to get in and out. Plus wanted to evaluate Ford Edge. Disappointing. Check-in process via iPhone ineffective. Did not just show ID and receive keys.
