The agency not in the airport, we had to wait for a shuttle like more than 20min. Then we they would not allow my driver to pick up the car. The lady at customer service is snubby. I wasted 180Euro for nothing. Not recommended.

When I picked up the car, I was told that office will be open until 11pm for drop off. When I dropped off my car around 10.45pm, I was told that no extra charges will be added since car is undamaged and fuel tank is full. But later when I reviewed the invoice and my credit card, I was charged extra €40 without my consent and knowledge for “After hours drop off fee”. I clearly didn’t do any after hour drop off so felt like a scam pulled by this company!
