All was fine. We got the expected car in good condition. Check in was fast and the officer was very friendly. We could pick up and drop off (there was no problem at 3 am at night!) the car in front of the office, which is located in the terminal.

Didn't have my car or any car for my reservation. Turned me away with no solution or help.

Pickup not so friendly. Staff could or would not adjust pickup time by just one hour to allow for family activities. Could use some professional training!

Terrible. Booked vehicle a month in advance, upon pickup they advised me my class of vehicle was not available, nor was anything close to it. So they told me I had to upgrade 2 tiers above my tier and I had to pay for the upgrade (which was the only vehicle available) just shitty to make a customer pay for an upgrade full price when I booked in advance.
