The great part of this is the size of the Saginaw/Midland/Bay City Airport. The car rental counters are on the right side of the small terminal building as you're on your way out, and the cars are just outside the door there. Pick up and drop-off could not have been easier. The man attending the Hertz/Dollar counter was helpful and friendly.

Nothing, they either let me reserve a car they didn't have or they gave my reservation to someone else. I never got a car until it was too late and I bought a plane ticket.
Maybe save reserved cars for people that make reservations? Or better yet, don't make claims you have zero cars when in fact you do. It's pretty stupid to have cars just for one way and cars just for round trips. I guarantee it's not a lot of people that take cars for one way. You have employees that can take cars to different locations if need be.
We rented a compact car but ended up with a pickup truck. Nice truck, but I am disabled and struggled to get into the vehicle at times. We were told it was all that was available because our flight had changed and we were much later than originally planned. I called and told Alamo about the change, but there was no record of my call.
