Unfortunately Enterprise was unable to help me get a car. They have a new policy of picking up and dropping off at the same location. My flight was canceled and I needed a car to drive home. The lady behind the desk was unhelpful, the office was unfriendly, no where to sit as another employee was taking the one seat and ignoring me. I was visibly distressed but no one seemed to care.

Sixt has overcharged me for a day and I cannot get ahold of customer service to dispute this. Their customer service line is not accepting calls at the moment so my attempt to communicate has been relegated to email, and they have not yet responded almost a week later.

The staff was kind for the most part
I waited 5 hours on the side of a freeway because I got a flat. I wasn’t helped until 2am. The tow driver told me it’s because they try to get the cheapest company. When I called after waiting 3 hours the guy on the phone yelled at me for calling. I was kind and had not asked for an eta before that. Also, when I initially got the flat the car said low tire pressure and they told me I needed to drive it an hour and a half to another SIXT location. It shredded the tires and was not at all safe. Avoid my mistake! They also charge $10 per gallon if you don’t leave the tank filled. After I was up all night bc no hotels were available I was told I’d be given an upgrade. I wasn’t.
I did not get the car I booked and ended up paying more for a huge SUV that I did not need.

This was a last minute booking and as it turned out, I booked for the wrong days. Steve went above and beyond to get me in a car, despite very low stock due to it being a holiday weekend. I was super pleased with the excellent customer service!
