Drop off location was closed and was not informed that there wasn’t a drop box for the keys. I had to drive another 30 min to a different location to drop the car off. This had a big impact on my vacation plans.

Charged me for insurance I said I didn't want. Did not email me my invoice/receipt like they said they would. Had a surprise $300 in charges upon arriving to pick up my car after already paying $500. $800 for less than a week rental? A bit much.
