We had an absolutely terrible experience with Hertz. We never received the rental car we had booked, and we were left stranded after travelling all the way from Canada to the United States. Just 30 minutes before our scheduled pickup time, we received a phone call informing us that there were no cars available. We were simply told to go somewhere else and find another rental company. No alternative vehicle, no assistance, and absolutely no consideration for the inconvenience they were causing us. Unfortunately, we could not find another rental car anywhere, leaving us with no choice but to rely on Uber to get to our destinations. This resulted in extremely expensive transportation costs and completely disrupted our travel plans. How can a major rental car company accept a reservation, leave customers depending on that vehicle, and then cancel at the very last minute without offering any reasonable solution? This experience was unacceptable, unprofessional, and incredibly frustrating. I will never rent from Hertz again. I intend to share my experience through every review platform available and file formal complaints wherever possible. Hertz completely failed us as customers. I would strongly caution anyone considering renting from this company.

Car had warning light come on for tread wear. The cover on the driver side pillar where the seatbelt assembly was kept falling onto my shoulder. Bottom of steering wheel cover was completely warn through. Vehicle was not vacuumed. Vehicle was only charged 50% on pick up. All interactions with staff was good.

Arrived to find out they had no vehicles available and wouldn’t have any for 4+ hours. The woman at the front desk was helpful, polite, and clearly doing the best she could, but the location seemed to be very understaffed.

Great only thing is the site location . On the the website it has the wrong location. And it’s really upsettting when you drive up a see a big sign location is permantly closed 😳 Luckily Dakota did his job and did leave me a voice mail of the new location address. Super nice folks . Over all great !
