No personnel at drop off or counter. No instructions on returning car or keys. No shuttle and had to walk a km in the rain. Incredibly poor service.

Better signage at KEF for rental drop & location of Heetz after-hours/before hours key drop. Car pickup good. Had to wait 20 minutes after reservation time before car was ready. Car nice & clean. Explanation of diesel use & refueling thorough & helpful

It was just too expensive. The way it works as you know is - you pay for a full day even if you don’t use it for that full day. So I had to pay for 3 full days when I only used it for 2 and change. So that was annoying.
