Was charged a different price than quoted, was forced to buy Hertz insurance.

The service at pick up was great! LUCIA was super kind and explained everything well and she really helped us with finding a baby seat as her colleague had not added it to my reservation back in October (I picked up car in December). Car was almost new, great small car. I had booked via Expedia, they did not show all info regarding deposit amount and insurance costs, if you book there is a 1500$ DEPOSIT and you MUST take an insurance on location; the lower the insurance the higher the deposit.
I wish I could get an upgrade with President’s circle without going go the counter.
They didn’t honor the rate and kept changing prices the insurance prices to make it seem that they couldn’t give me a better deal.
