Car was clean and affordable. It was supposed to have a full tank of gas and it seemed it did until I pumped gas on it that I realized when we picked up it was 100 miles less than full.

1 hour wait at Burbank airport 2 people checking in 3 different car rentals from hertz booth. Nothing like flying for 6 hours to get. There and have to wait another hour for a rental car. Drop off location closed not notified even though my drop off time was know in advance. Had to drive 12 miles to airport. I called 800 number to be put on hold half an 30 minutes while I am being charged by the hour for a car I don’t know where to drop off. Will be using turo from now on.
