Pros:Nothing

Cons:No one was available at the time of pick up. No staff. I waited for 30 minutes. Called your crappy office. No answers, no staff to speak to. I took a 50$ uber ride to the airport to pick up the vehicle and took and other 40$ uber ride home after no one was available to help me. You wasted my time, money, and I missed an important meeting. I will be demanding my money back and calling my financial institution, as well as MASSIVELY leave bad comments on your posts, ads, website, reviews, and anything I can. Thanks for nothing

I had to wait two hours to pick up my car. Everything else was great. It may not have been the fault of the company or employees as the car was still dripping wet and had just been washed. It may have been due to the rental car shortage. I did get upgraded. It did cause me to cancel dinner plans with family as it was too late when I finally got a rental.

Pros:Staff was awesome!! Car ran well. We put 2200 miles on it in 2 weeks.

Cons:The car reeked of smoke! We couldn't get the smell out even after using several air fresheners.
