Watch out for add-ons! I specifically told the clerk that I'd return the call filled with gas but he charged me for a fill on delivery instead. They didn't let me know that the return address had changed during Covid and their phone system is the worst I've experienced.

I had rented a car for 2 weeks at a rate of $1097. They didn't have the car I rented and put me in a Nissan economy car. One day into the rental, the car developed mechanical problems while parked in the parking lot at my Camden Maine hotel - flashing headlights and rear lights, but totally dead. Enterprise was singularly unhelpful and took no responsibility for getting me another car. This was a business trip and I was left totally in the lurch. They picked up the car a day later and proceeded to charge me $357.24 for a two-day rental at full cost. Though they have now promised to refund half of the $357.24, I have yet to see that refund on my credit card. I will never rent from Enterprise again, and probably will never rent a car through Kayak either, as I was totally left to come up with an alternative. Cannot believe the appalling lack of customer service.

It would of been helpful to be told how the turnpikes worked in the state of Maine. Overall the experience was great. Returning the vehicle was fast and easy, thank you.
