Our first rental, a Ford Fiesta, broke down on us two days in. It was very easy to get a tow that night and a taxi back to our residence, but we had to taxi to pick up the new rental the next morning as their shuttles didn't run to the overlook. This was very smooth, and our replacement vehicle was an upgrade. A minor hiccup, but otherwise a great experience with no other issues! Great customer service - planning to call today and hopefully be reimbursed for the cab fare we had to spend.

stay away. after 45min painful check in process, car had 3 warning lights when delivered: flat tire, no abs, and check engine! car had exterior damage. and surprise deposit required which was not disclosed during booking.

We reserved a car online and we quickly learned that we should have absolutely had a 4x4. They could have upgraded at the time of pick up without much argument from us but did not bother. Instead sent us on our way to St. John in a car that had no business driving on that island. Not to mention it would barely move in reverse. We could barely make it up the hill to our rental, The next day we had to ferry it back to St. Thomas to trade it in for a Jeep. It was much better but we were out half a day of our vacation and twice the rental rate. Not to mention the interaction was not the most pleasant. They could have made the whole process easier from the start.

Price was reasonable, they didn’t have the car size we requested, upgraded to a much larger vehicle which is not a great deal on an island with very narrow streets hard to find parking and expensive gas. The vehicle was an older model which was well cleaned but did have several exterior bruises which were accounted for, no problem there. The location when returning the car was a bit tricky to find. The check in process was a bit long but the return was quick.

Pros:The staff was not helpful, which is shocking. Ive rented cars before and they didn’t do the regular procedures I was used too.
Cons:A working vehicle that would pass a safety inspection. Four working tires with air would be nice. All four working doors would have been convenient. Road side assistance that would actually come if you needed them. A vehicle that didn’t have all the dashboard sensors going off. Seriously I’m very patient and this car rental agency exasperated all my patience. They don’t explain how to drop off the vehicle when they are not open! Staff seems entity instead of being attentive to customer needs which were a safe vehicle to drive. Is it really too much to ask for 4 working tires and 4 working car doors? We tried two different vehicles and the manager brought one of them. The price and the value don’t match!
