The charges are not transparent and staff was rude. Firstly, we were told we hadn’t paid for insurance then upon showing the booking confirmation that we had paid insurance during booking, the staff still forced us to pay extra claiming that $49 USD for personal liability was still pending although booking confirmation said $0 owing at pick up. The extent of cover should depend on the customer. The staff demanding the extra $49 couldn’t explain what the extra cover was for and why it wasn’t mentioned in our booking confirmation. When asked to see the manager they advised that the manager was away. Then we were told if we were not departing Houston via aeroplane then we’d be considered as locals (although we were international visitors) and an extra deposit and capped miles would apply. These should be declared by the company before customers go through with the booking not at pick up. Very dodgy practices. Avoid this company if you can.

I had NO issue with Easirent!! I HAVE AN ISSUE WITH GETTING IN CONTACT WITH KAYAK!!!! It shouldn't be difficult to verbally contact a company if there's a problem!! I will NOT be using KAYAK again and I will not recommend you either!! Google, Facebook, Tweeter, YELP and any one else I can reach!!

Cars tires were not balanced or in good condition. Unable to drive faster than 55 due to bad vibration. Tires made loud noises when I had to make a sharp turn as well. I was concerned that there could have been a blow out.

The price was good, the care came out of an accident and not been fixed, if I had time available in my hand I wouldn’t take it. But in general I been satisfied for the purpose which I needed it for. Mark was not flexible or friendly.

Very bad experience I have to wait for over 2 hours just to pick up the car then I was told I only have 150 miles anything over that I would be charged extra first and last time renting a car at this place
