I arrived at the airport and was on hold for 45 min calling to get a shuttle, when the shuttle picked us up and I went inside I saw a empty counter, with a line of 3 people waiting.. while I could see in the back room 3 men having lunch.. not even caring there is a line.. or answering the phone.. when one finally did come out, he was extremely slow.. and then they all teamed up together in front of all of the different customers saying how important it was that we had to upgrade to they toll pass in order to get to the F1 race.. it will ave us so much time instead of waiting in the cash only line on the way to COTA, and we all did, except the fastest route from the office to COTA did not go on the toll road, which im sure they knew. either way non of this is worth complaining about.. except when I saw the car... what a junker! I mean straight from a DEMO DERBY! im going to a race filled with high end cars, and no issues this was all they had, but the quality.. just shocking! major damage on the car, it had clearly been in multiple accidents, and then they walk around to write down if they see any damage. "you're going to need a bigger pad" . anyway before they give me the keys they want to know when I fly out.. well that wasn't good enough they needed a Flight number and confirmation so I gave him my return ticket which he spent 20 min entering.. and I told him id be drooping off the car very early that morning before my 6am flight.. no problem only to arrive that morning and they are closed, with no drop off box anywhere to be found. and no shuttle to take us to the airport. super disorganized. last time I use NOT SO EASIRENT.
