My flight got cancelled and I wanted to cancel my reservation. The agent said there’s a cancellation fee. I would like a refund please.

The location was the best. Staff could have been a lot more friendly.. Did not inform me my vehicle could be dropped off after office hours. I thought I had to return my vehicle early , but when I called to clarify the returned time I was informed where I could return the car after hours . I should have been informed when I picked up the car.

All good except the fact that I got charged more than what I had in the confirmation email. The deposit rolled back to my account in less than a day which was good.

Smooth rental and drop off, even with some car damage. Glad I purchased the recommended insurance.
