When initially booked and charged that was supposed to be the total. We were charged an extra $130 (approximate) when getting the car. Also, they didn't have all the cars and luckily we got the last one but others weren't as fortunate. I will not use Kayak again as it was false advertisement. Promised a lower fee but no refunds if payed up front. However the price would have been the same if we didn't pay up front. Really dissapointed.

Pros:The rental lot In El Paso closes at 9:00 p.m. We were not given notice. Our flight was delayed so we did not arrive in El Paso until 9:22. We had to call a relative to pick us up and take us back the next morning to pick up our rental car. The drop off was fine.

Cons:The lot needs to be open until 10 p.m. and notice that it will close at 10 should be in rental quote.

Air tire pressure was not checked before my rental. Low pressure indicator came on. Had to take it into a shop to inflate tires and make sure not a more serious issue. All tires were low.

Great price and friendly service, but being re-directed to pick it up from the Hertz counter and then waiting in line for almost half an hour was a bit disappointing. I'd still rent again because of the price.
