Poor experience on pick up, one hour wait for agent Poor experience with car selection, I reserved a Compact and they said no one available so I HAD TO PAY THE DIFFERENCE FOR THE ONLY ONE MODEL THEY HAD!!! Gave me a car with dents and scratches all over and then are trying to charge me 120 quid for a small scratch on the wheel with no proof it was not there before I picked it up.
