Would have preferred the Tahoe that I had reserved. The Tahoe had some issues and wasn’t available. The second option was the Expedition but it had 2 different tread tires on it which would ride uncomfortably on our trip. I had to go with the 3rd option which was an Infinity GQ 80 which was an excellent riding vehicle but lacked the cargo space for our luggage that would have been available in the 1st and 2nd options.

I called earlier that morning to confirm rental was available (actual vehicle I needed). I was told I had no reservation and they already rented all 7 passenger vehicles. It was funny how the person on the phone stated I had no reservation but he sure knew I was supposed to "pick up" at 11:00 am. He was also rude on the phone and asked me to call back instead of them taking care of the customer. NEVER renting from this Budget location again.

When picked up car tank of gas wasn’t full and the key fob didn’t work. Found out about key fob when I got out and locked car and couldn’t get back in. Found out about gas because original start amount was 302 miles. When I filled up stated there was 425 miles available.

This is the worst rentacar ever. I make a reservation two weeks ahead of time, never had the vehicle available, even when I was calling any other day to Make sure they will have my request. Never did anything to solve the problem, I los the vacations for the kids, they thought saying " WE APOLOGIZE " solve my problem, I firmly don't recommended to anybody to use this not ethic neither professional company.
