Very friendly staff. The car I had got excellent gas mileage and I had no problems. I had paid for SiriusXM, but not able to get it to work. I should have asked more questions when picking up car. But, overall, great experience.
Reserved SUV was not available. I was placed in a Electric car that was the worst road trip ever, having to follow a route that has chargers along it. Was like driving a golf cart for 12 hours. Was told that the vehicle was the only option available. Staff was very nice but I really feel like there should have been a different option maybe pull a suv from another location? No refund given for not honoring my reservation choice! If this ever happens again I will just take my business elsewhere.
