The staff were very helpful and nice. Disappointed that they are closed on the weekend it's hard to bring the car back when you work during the week. The car was very dirty when I got it. Dirty mask in the car- rearview mirror has stuff dripped all over it- the steering wheel looked as if it hadn't been wiped in a year. I think the car is idling too high, it sounds like you are revving the motor when you don't even have your foot on the gas. It shakes a little too when you back up.

The staff was very helpful, but the car was very dirty on the inside. It was obviously not cleaned properly.
Clean the car better inside and out. There was a chip in the front window, but the windshield was dirty and it was not found until we cleaned the windows.
