Got an upgrade, the car was very clean and good. Also the parking was close, and so was the gas station. It would have been better if the employees could speak english, was funny in spanish tho !

When we arrived in Salamanca the drop off location was closed because of the holiday. Nobody answered the phone nor was it possible to contact the office the next morning. No one answered the phone the next day when we called to make sure they were open.
