I had to cancel my rental car last minute because they didn't take my particular credit card. Unfortunately, the insurance company that they use did take my credit card and charged me $33.00 that I still haven't gotten back. Budget told me that I would be credited the full $30 back on Friday. That didn't happen and now I am having to dispute the charge with my bank. Please help me if you can and willing.

Agents and car Arrived 30min late to pick up location which meant I had to prepay gas which was more then the car rental Itself and not proportionate to usage.

Did not have the size car I reserved. Wanted to put me in something much bigger I had never driven before. We’re just organized and slow to bring any car, so I finally left and went to Hertz. Never again.

The car was fine. Staff was doing their best. The wait to pick up the car (1.5 hrs) was atrocious. I heard from another person in line who had experienced the same wait for Budget in SLO so I don’t plan to rent with Budget again
