The employee was not at the desk. The doors were wide open. When she finally showed up, while checking me out she takes a personal call. When I finally check the car out I went & look at it & it was dirty. Inside & out. She said she would take money off if I get it washed. When I drop it off on Tuesday they were closed. Also I drop it off two days early, she said when I do return it early I will get those days money back. So far I have not seen that money taken off.

The car was not cleaned upon pick up , on the interior or exterior . There were crumbs and dirt e everywhere . We found a week old take out box of moldy chicken Alfredo under the set when it started to smell . Customer service at the counter was very poor upon pick up . The employees were very unprofessional and were hold other conversations about their plans outside Off work while trying to get me on my way . None of the bill was explained - usually they are very thorough and go over every detail with you , they did not hear . They did not tell me where the car was they told me to just go outside and hit the panic button to find it . Drop off was equally as unpleasant .

The rental car company gave our car away and we ended up with a Camry that was so out of alignment that it should not have been in the parking lot and we had to return it the same day. The second car we we’re given was a smoker’s car and none of us smoke. The third car was nice, but not clean. The attendant feigned little interest in any this disruption to our trip. She knew the first car was not what we rented (a luxury car) and said we could come back to the airport and trade cars (out of our way) and provided two numbers for us to call about doing so. The first was disconnected and the second was never answered. She said she couldn’t smell smoke since she smoked. All you had to do was open a window and you could tell. It was that bad. Like a chimney. On the way back to the airport, someone backed into the car as we were gassing it up to drop off before our flight. It’s been the worst nightmare trying to straighten this out with Budget. There’s no way to contact a person on their menu and ask questions or exchange insurance data. The man who hit us said it was his fault and by the grace of God we made our flight. And a final present was when I looked at my bank statement and realized I was overcharged $150 for the car and don’t have a receipt since the office was closed. I will never rent like this again. It’s been a horrible experience.

i was told nothing or informed about anything just to have the gas tank full......nothing like see u have unlimited mileage the gas tank is full we would appreciate it being returned that way or you will b charged.....things like that not sign here here and here there will b a cleaning charge if dirty...very snobbish wont use that location again hope it was just them and not budget rental

Need to make sure that before conformation of a rental. That a deposit is part of the quote. I feel that misrepresent price to individuals that do not rent every day. Poor customer service all around!!!

Pickup attendant was not at booth until 12 minutes after scheduled pickup time. Possibly a staffing issue, attendant was doing cleaning that was supposed to have been completed the night before by others.
