they don’t listen well I took them drop off when he in LAX but Nooooo they had us drop It off in Long Beach airport..our flight is at 8am so no way would we want to drive to LAX in the early morning and be stuck in traffic..

Everything went well with the car rental the only thing was the cleanliness of the vehicle it wasn’t very clean when we revived the car but other then that it went well. Another thing was when we were almost done with the paper work and signatures he added the insurance with out even explaining to me the cost or my total which I didn’t know I was paying extra at that moment. Other then that everything went well and I was happy with my experience and vehicle.
