Budget cancelled my rental 2days ahead saying there weren’t enough cars and that I’d have a hard time finding one at all. Not true. I got one easily from enterprise.

The keyless entry stopped working - Budget wanted us to go to Walmart for the parts ourselves (who didn't have the equipment anyway). Car didn't lock and didn't have a manual entry. Had to call tow and they still charged us the full amount.
