Pros:They charged me for loss damage waiver $30/day when I had already purchased insurance through Allianz. They did not explain or give the opportunity to opt out and did not ask if I already purchased insurance.

It was ok. Car could have been cleaned better, customer service wasn’t friendly although wasn’t rude. The rental was backed into the parking space so close to the next car I had to crawl through the passengers side

Had a one way car hire with drop off in New Orleans. Was told we had 24hrs for our car hire, which was to 4pm, wasn’t told that the New Orleans office closes at 2pm! So left the car and put the keys in the drop box but they then charged us an extra day from my credit card without any correspondence. Disgusting.
