This service is not at the airport, but is 12 minutes away.. The lines were long at the rental desk. Took almost an hour to get car. Then there were multiple hidden fees they increased the cost of the car, finally- we had to extend 4 hours bc of a change in flight. They charged us $153 for that change, don’t be taken in by low prices in beginning- this place is a ripoff
Staff was very helpful and accommodating, easy pick up. I even got a phone call a few days ahead of pickup to review some details so that the pick up would go smoothly and quickly.
Horrible doesn’t even begin to describe it!!! Address was totally wrong!! That address didn’t even exist!! Went to 3 different rental places and all were not it…no one had even heard of them. 4th place was it, they were VERY SHADY & wanted personal info we have never been asked for before! That sent up red flags so thank goodness I had paid extra for free cancelation..so I canceled it! Oh…and no airport shuttle from there either!!! We left and had a driver take us over to Budget/Avis at the airport with 24 hour shuttle service!! You should NEVER USE that rental agency!! They are crooked and not to be trusted!!!

They never sent a shuttle to pick us up at the airport. The office looked very unprofessional. They ran out of cars so I had to pay way more the day of to rent from somewhere else. This experience is why I will no longer use kayak to book a car and will instead do it right from the car companies. You should NOT work with them anymore
