I paid a lot of money for a 4 day rental- I was supposed to get a car that was 4 levels above what I received. It took over 3 hours just to get a car. The car smelled horrible of smoke. I was not happy at all with the rental experience

Liked the agent at pick-up. They said I'd get a RAM Rebel, but I got the Classic 1500, no running boards, no bed-liner, no push-button ignition (kinda hard to get used to inserting keys), but it did have SiriusXM.
