It was difficult to reach the staff who n the phone prior to pick up and prior to drop off. I am not at all comfortable returning the car without someone checking me out. When I did reach someone to ask about dropping it off, I was told they have a 24 hour shuttle. However, it is Wally Park’s shuttle, from whom Easirent leases space and the driver was not at all happy about taking Easirent customers to the airport, claiming the don’t pay for it. Additionally, the shuttle driver this morning also claimed that Easirent ran out of reserved cars, Saturday and Sunday, leaving people with paid car reservations and no car, even though they had a reservation and had paid. Many people apparently were very very unhappy. I say “claimed” because he complained all the way to the airport and I have no way to verify it. With the main offices in the UK, somebody needs to be responsible for what happens here. I will not be renting from Easirent again in spite of their having low rates.

They close at 6pm everyday. My flight came in at 8:30pm. I couldn’t get my vehicle until the next morning. I was glad my destination was where I flew into and didn’t need the car that night. It was ridiculous! Also could not get in touch with anyone after 6pm.

I got a great value on the rental! I honestly thought there was a catch or hidden fees because of how great a value the car was. But I was pleasantly surprised with friendly staff, an easy check-in and check-out process, a clean and reliable vehicle, and no hidden fees. Would definitely recommend!

Our car was not cleaned and smelled of weed and was given to us with a nail in the tire. When we reached out to their customer service, we only received an email back they were sorry for the situation and would talk to the manager at the location.

Costumer service in Tampa us bed they were close but the guy that received me at the door it was rude I was about 530 and the people in Jacksonville told me it was fine to drop off.

This rental popped up when making airline reservations. Unbeknownst to us, not knowing the area, this location was not at the airport. We had to Uber to get our rental car!!!!

The shuttle must be called to get you from the airport. Even though we prepaid we had to RE DO everything AGAIN because their system was down and they could not see reservations. It took forever for the attendant to call for manual credit card approval. We did not get the car we ordered, we got a well-used, scraped up and worn SUV that smelled like feet. Because the systems had been down when we retrieved the car, getting checked out was equally lengthy. VERY FRUSTRATING
