I had a great experience with Alamo. The staff were friendly, open, and knowledgeable. I was able to change my plans, and drop the car off at an alternative location. There was no issues with being ripped off which is always a worry when renting a car overseas. I was treated respectfully the whole way through the process.

The transit van interior was getting a bit tired with some staining of the seats. Lacked the IT we’ve become accustomed to having - GPS, USB. For the cost is the van that was a disappointment.

The seats in the vehicle were very uncomfortable to sit in hard to adjust to fit my body. I felt that the front end needed to be looked at as well, going over bumps it was like it was bottoming out. Price was fine and the cleanliness was excellent. Very pleasant desk service
