The price was good. The quality of the battery was poor (first car I got offered), the brakes were dangerous (car I received after turning the first car in the first day), the performance was mediocre (the third car I got after turning the second car in the second day). But, considering the price and the customer service Ingot I am most content.

I showed up and Alamo did not have a car for us. They must have overbooked themselves for these dates and chose not to honour our reservation.

Pick-up was very bad experience, with only one person taking care of too many people. I had a very long wait and received a dirty car (not washed). Fortunately, the person was genuinely nice and helpful, can only say good things about him.

Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Barbara in Cordoba & Hugo in Malaga were the ones who helped me and were extremely professional, friendly & thorough.
