BMW car rentals in Tulsa

They did not have a car for me when I got there, plus they then charged $50 for not canceling the reservation, when they gave my car away I want my $50 back

Tulsa is Changing the check out procedure and I fear making it more difficult. Not real clean

I understand the prices of rental cars are astronomical right now. And even with kayak finding me the best price, it was still overpriced. But I appreciated finding this deal. For sure.

Such an easy process. Vehicle was ready to go, quick check-in and we were on our way. Zero issues.

Car interior was filthy - stains, gunk on driver’s seat

In person service was excellent!! Non-local phone service was poor.

The windshield wipers need to be replaced. It was to be he point of dangerous. Could not see out at all during the rain.

The car was not vacuumed out. Gas was not quite topped off. Car was turned in Monday morning at 440am and today was called stating vehicle is overdue. I called tue to ensure it was checked in an the said it wasn't yet. Called today and told the same thing again. Will not rent from hertz/dollar/thrifty again.

I messed up booking. I had the in town address and needed the airport. That’s on me. However, Hertz employees are not given the ability to change things. I had to call the 800 number, only to find out they charge a 5% fee to use that service. So I hung up and downloaded the app. Their app then wouldn’t let me change my reservation. Ended up taking an Uber into town for my original reservation. That place was a dump. Staff was extremely unprofessional, moved increasingly slowly and then the car I got was still pretty dirty even after they did a quick clean. When I returned the car there was nobody to check it in so I could get a receipt for my expense report. I still don’t have the emailed info they promised. If you’re looking to rent a car, go National. I always rent there and will never doubt them again.

I actually never ended up getting a rental because the vehicle I reserved they didn’t actually have at the time I scheduled the pickup. That happens sometimes so I wasn’t too upset about that, but I had bought insurance for the vehicle which had to be paid at the time of the reservation but then I canceled my reservation once I found out they wouldn’t have the kind of vehicle I was looking for and I was never reimbursed for the insurance!

They tried to give me the smallest car there and charged me an extra $300 to upgrade even though I chose a bigger car initially online.

One car had a minor problem, but they got me a new one right away. Great experience throughout, thanks!

Enterprise was great and the process was smooth. The car ran great.
