Friendly staff, but very vague. We were up-sold, to a jeep after a long flight, hot and exhausted. We felt deceived by pricing. Upfront clear details would have been appreciated. Also, the contract stated a full tank of gas, which was less than 1/2 full. We had to keep running back into office to point out dings and gas situation. We did have them fill it up. My advice, document (pictures or film) the car, don't be too tired or hurried to make sure everything works and gas is full. Tourists are prey.

Nice people. Nice product. Good service. Great price. Only inconvenience was off airport site. I had time so didn't mind waiting for the shuttle for pick up and drop off but adds at least 30 mins to your trip each way.

Run! Don’t walk! Las Vegas location. They force you to pay $30 per day for their insurance, after you have to take (2) shuttle buses from the airport. They know once you’re at their location you’re trapped and it would be very inconvenient to take the shuttle bus back to the main rental car location to go with a different company. After they force you to pay for their insurance literally any other rental car company would be cheaper, and much more convenient, without having to take multiple shuttle buses from the airport. Also, plan on blowing at least an extra hour after you get off your flight before you get into a rental car, same goes for drop off, you need to plan on being at their location at least 1 hour sooner than if you rented from a company at the main car rental location, without having to take multiple shuttles. Never again!

Customer service was very poor. They will try to sell you additional service form the get go and if you have questions about them, they will not answer them. They will only say, sign or not sign this is your decision. You do not feel comfortable as a client as their is a sense of getting ripped off.

I did not rent a car because I got sick and cancelled. But the Surprice person was very understanding, and he offered to change the date. Unfortunately our itinerary through Europe made that impossible. So I do recommend Surprice!

Place is a scam. Showed up an hour late for car rental, all small cars were taken so made us pay an additional 100euros to use a larger car and charged us for all upgrade insurance options in order to use it. Buyer beware if you don’t have an international drivers license they will overcharge you to compensate for this.

Very shady pickup location. When we arrived, one of the employees was yelling at someone else and there were several other people standing around with very confused looks on their faces. I had a really bad feeling about the place so we ended up leaving and going to Budget.

Worst customer experience ever! We had a trip change so we didn’t make it to our destination, and it has been more than a week and we were never able to get a refund (full or partial). They kept sending us back and forth to the 3rd party booking company, and now they stopped responding to our emails. One of the WORST.

Our flight was delayed. I emailed them to tell them and to ask that they not give our car away. They said they wouldn't yet when we showed up, they gave our car away and charged us hundreds more for another. I'm contacting Visa today.

I cancelled my reservation well in advance but they insisted on charging me the full price of a 3 day rental, and said that’s their policy even though I cancelled IN TIME, and it says on the website the cancellation fee is 100$ 24 hours in advance, or 200$ less than 24$ in advance. Total scam artists, they know it’s nearly impossible to hold them accountable so they will rip you off and send you a patronizing email. Where is the accountability or recourse? Disgusting.

I had to change the car 2 times. The first car had an air pressure problem with one of the tires. I had to inflate it every 2-3 days but towards the end it started to decrease it too quickly and I had to return the car and ask for another. I was given another car, which, after 1 day, started to sputter and make weird engine noises and showed a check engine light. I had to return that one too, at which point I was given a third car, which was okay. I had to spend quite a bit of extra time that came out of my vacation, which is not a good thing.

I didn't like de consumption. For a hybrid car i find 11,9l/100km to much. The car was delivered with the tank not full and the batery was empty to. All the rest was good, but the issue i mentioned above was bad.

Out of the way location, we returned the car after the office was closed and had a really hard time getting a ride back to our cruise ship. Had to walk 10 minutes to a nearby hotel to catch a taxi.
