Toyota car rentals in Providenciales

Awful , when we reserved online we were told our rental Would be only $188 , when we cams to get our car it came out to $632 , the lady was rude when I had told her rental only said $188 with an attitude, oh but it comes wish everything and you get the $250 back , I said to her my flight was much cheaper then this . When we got our car later in the day we notice a roach or 2 .. we went to buy food for our air bnb . When we went upstairs and took the food out roaches were coming out of everywhere , we went back and told they guy he did switch our car , he said ppl eat and leave food in the car . That does not matter those cars should be clean every time a car is returned!!!! We will never ever rent from here again!!!!! , we should get half our money back plus the deposit.

THE CAR WA NOT IN WORKING CONDITION. THEY WOULD NOT PICK IT UP OR EXCAHNGE IT. i HAVE 12 DOCUMENTED CALLS WITH NO RESULTS.E i WAS LEFT STRANED. THEY MADE M E BUY THEIR INSUANCE WHEN MINE COVERED IT. RUDE AT THE OFFICE. I WOULD RECOMMED YOU DO NOT USE THID COMPANY.T HEY WERE TH WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER USED IN ALL MY TRAVELS. i WILL NOT USE PRICELESS EVER AGAIN. iMM NOT SURE i WOULD USE KAYAK AGAIN EITHER BECAUSE KAYACK DOES NOT STND BEHIND THEIR SEVICES.

It was a scam. No car was available for pick up

Well I showed up at the agency to pick up the rental car and no one was there, I called an got a voicemail, they simply reply that they got my voicemail and they didn't have a car for me, they haven't refunded the money yet and I was left in the middle of a looks like industrial site and no where to go. Horrible experience

This is a scam - went to listed address & they've moved over yr ago Then they said to use my insurance - on top of credit card covering it- had to increase Lilit , did that, then they said there was a fee to use my insurance! It's illegal but I was going for a medical emergency so they held me hostage Car didn't have req maintenance- flashed overdue+ had to stop & put air in tires that notice showed too low to drive

The car was very old and beat up and made a lot of noise when driving

Took too long to pick up, do paperwork and the same for the drop,off. Car rattled continuously and battery connection was loose, leading to car not starting.

Pick up and check-in was very smooth and efficient. Lot only 3 min from the airport. Staff was friendly and vehicle met my expectations. Only concern was that I purchased insurance at the time of booking at $11/day and they said that was third party insurance and that I should buy directly from them at $11.95/day so I did just to be safe. Felt a bit taken advantage of.

They did not show up, or answer their phones. When I did finally reach then the next day, they were rude and unhelpful. I will never use them again and will dissuade my friends and family from using them too. I think it devalues Kayak’s brand to be associated with them.

Excellent service

I have never had a better car rental experience ever and I have traveled all over the world renting cars. It started with a call the day before arrival to confirm the reservation and answer any questions. Upon arrival they were literally cheering my groups arrival at the desk in the airport. It was wonderful! We were escorted out of the airport directly to the car that they had waiting outside the airport. Never had that before. But the best part of the entire rental was on the last day when 30 minutes before departing for the airport I could not find the keys. I called the local office and Mary Ann Bagvio answered and told me not to worry they would come out to the house we were staying at and get us to the airport. As it turned out with the keys that they brought we were able to open the trunk and found the missing keys. The other lady who came with Mary Ann, Marraey who was just as sweet and helpful drove the car back to the airport for us and Mary Ann personally delivered us to the front door of the airport with ample time to catch our flight. Customer service doesn't get any better!! I will be a loyal Sixt customer forever!!

What a cluster this was….car was a lemon, service was worse. They lied about gas gage despite my having pictures and video at pickup, then threatened me when I called them out on it. Check engine, tire warnings and past due oil change lights flashing at pickup , which took 90 minutes.

Staff was prompt and efficient. Friendly and courteous. Pickup and drop-off was easy. Car was in good condition

I reserved a Toyota Camry for $150/day which is crazy. The Camry I was given was a 2013, definitely not what I was expecting. The check in process is slow and very manual. Make sure you you take pictures/videos of the entire interior and exterior of the car. This office will closely inspect the vehicle upon return and charge you for any little scratch. The check out process is also very slow. The staff is nice.

Easy shuttle from airport to the car pickup. Quick in and out, easy drop off. We’ve rented from them for years in providenciales and always a good experience.

When we landed they said there weren’t any cars left. The only positive we had was the budget staff person called Quality to get us a car through them. Also, the car kept dying and we had to get a jump 3 times throughout the week.

Upon our arrival to our location for our anniversary trip, budget informed us that they had no cars for us. They told us to catch a cab to our vacation home and they would call us when was available and come pick us up. That call never came for the entirety of our 6 night stay. We were in a location where a rental car was not an option and Budget put us in a really bad position. We have used Budget before with no issues like this, but after being stranded I don’t know if we will again.

The car needed window wiper fluid and new windshield wipers. We could not see well out of the front window after it rained, due to the water deposits obscuring the view.
