Tesla car rentals in Plano

I had to wait over an hour for the only person working the rental desk at the hotel to show up. I kept calling and he said 10 more minutes and I will be there.

They took forever!!!! I have never booked with them because of the line I see everytime I get into LA but I just happened to land at 1am and thought it wouldn't be busy but we had to wait 2 hours for a car... ridiculous.

Reserved a certain vehicle and when I went there they didn't have any available and had to cancel my reservation.

Although we reached out during their normal business hours, we were never able to pick up the car, because we weren’t able to contact them to get the shuttle to the location. We finally got in contact with someone who told us she would call us back with an update on when to expect the shuttle, but she never called us back.

The car made an insane vibrating bass sound that people could hear from outside, it sounded like there was some black market subwoofer in there. I rented this car to attend my grandfathers FUNERAL. I’m in the procession sounding like I’m blasting bass filled music! I tried to call them to be like what on earth and they never answered. When I returned the vehicle and reported the noise to them they were like “oh yeah we know about that, this type of car is probably going to get recalled because they all make that noise.” Seems like something one would mention BEFORE. Also took like 45 minutes to get the car because they had one person at the desk and the people in front of us didn’t have a shred of the details they needed so there was just a line forming behind them. Also the car was overdue for an oil change by THREE THOUSAND miles and the car kept sending an alert about how the oil life was at 0%. When I told them this when dropping off the car they were just like “oh yeah we know”

They said pickup was at the airport. It is not. You have to walk 1/3 mile with your luggage to take a shuttle to their place which is 15 minutes away. I waited thirty minutes for the shuttle and finally gave up and rented from another company.

I got a good deal for a one day rental. I received an upgrade to a mid-size suv. Great experience.

The customer service was great, very nice people, they took the time to make sure the customers were satisfied and their need meet

After making the reservation the day prior, they called me as I was driving to their location to tell me they actually didn’t have any cars.

they did not have the class of SUV i reserved weeks earlier. And a rental several weeks earlier didi not have the car teady for an hour. Kayak did not have any place in yhe app yo let me put my discount program for the Hertz rental which provides benefits and it does not let me add my Hertz account. Both of these had to be done at the counter and took alot of time.

They never had a car for me. Called me the night before when it was too late to get another one.
