Jeep car rentals in Ontario

The overall was experience was terrible. The price quoted for the rental was correct. They quoted me $16.88/ per day for insurance but charged me more than $70.00/ day. The contract is all in Spanish, so it is hard to determine what the charge is. I found out when I check my card statement. I immediately went to the office in Merida to resolve it but was told they (1) did not understand English well enough, and (2) they could not do anything about it. The car was high milage, the sides and rear of the car were scratched, the interior seating was badly stained and dirty. they said they had no better vehicle available. I will not do business with Payless ever again. I also question the value of using Kayak in the future. Note, I insure to two late model vehicles for about the same amount over 6 month period then they charged for 15 days. This should be a crime.

The price is very good but it takes a long time to deliver the car

Kayak sold me an insurance policy that Payless said was worthless and would not honor it unless I made a $3000.00 us dollar deposit with them. I feel Kayak should have known this and not pushed their insurance. I also feel I should have been alerted to the price of insurance at Payless ($775.00)us.Eric

They gave me the wrong car said it was a 4 by4 and over charged and I had to argue and prove from Jeep dealer it wasnt to get a charge.

Did not accurately reflect the options for gas refill choices. Left me paying for an entire tank when I only used 1/4 of a tank. Poor treatment of customers.

Vehicle was dirty, service reminder was illuminated and the washer fluid was empty.

The vehicle we were provided had almost bald tires and the breaks were warped. The entire trip o could not comfortably use the vehicle, we only drove it to the house and back to the airport. We are very dissatisfied with the rental.

The staff is really patient and friendly. Answered all my questions. It was my first time needing a rental, and this was a great experience.

Everything except for the fact that the car had the smell if cigarette every time I opened the door.

I would of liked the car to already been cleaned and washed when we got there. We did confirm 2 times we were on our way to pick it up. We had to ask if they could please wash and clean it . Gentleman said he was SORRY IT DIDNT MEET OUR EXPECTATIONS…but that’s what all customers want not just me .. to get a clean rental …Other than that it was great!

Hertz will not honor paid reservation from QEEQ

They did not honor the reservation made through your app. You both suck. I ended paying over $300 for a one day rental because of your error.

When I arrived, there were two representatives assisting customers with six customers ahead of me. It took an hour to get through the process to then go get my car. First car smelled like prior customer had just put their cigarettes out. When I brought this to the attention of lot attendant, was directed to a second car. This car was badly scraped the entire length of the drivers side, and looked like someone had tried to pull the front license plate off. When I told attendant, I didn't want to look like I had rented a wreck, I was directed to a third car. Total process to pick up a car was 90 minutes.

The car I reserved throw you with a conformation !!! Thirty said you never had it reserved!!! I will never use your site & I will trash it , bad mouth it for ever you suck call me if you have the guts you ruined our trip!! Customer Service Agent Roy at the Ontario Airport Location is the most disrespectful, unprofessional, arrogant representative I've ever experienced. He shouldn't be in customer service at all. A very bad representation to the company. It's time for him to retire ASAP. I will NEVER rent at Avis due to his unprofessionalism. However, I do want to show some love to Customer Service Agent Gabby "budget" who was able to assist me with my reservation in a much professional manner

They could have had a car for me to rent. I went all the way to the airport and was told that they had already helped too many people that day and could not honor my reservation.

The staff friendly . But the car was with dog hair inside, not hygienic for two children, 9 months and one 3 years old. unsafe worn tires. otherwise ok. sorry but it's the truth. thank you

The didn't have any cars for me and 5 other people that arrived about the same time, They didn't communicate with us. They did nothing to help us. Aren'/t they supposed to secure cars from competitors for us when they can't honor our reservations?' I don't know if I can trust Kayak with my ravel arrangements now.

The drop off was extremely confusing. There was no information on where the drop off spot was so we ended up driving around for 25 minutes trying to find it. It would’ve been helpful to have some sort of direction on where the drop off spot was
