Worst experience ever. Called in the am to tell me they did not have a car but would have one later that day. I called two hours to verify they would have a car before close. They told me they were waiting on the truck to arrive with the SUV’s and were given permission to stay after close until all customers received their rental. Needless to say it’s been a week after my reservation and never received my rental. The company did not make any type of follow up call about my rental. I was forced to find another vehicle during my kids spring break. This reservation was made a month in advance AND they called me a couple days prior of the reservation to confirm. I will never rent from Budget again.

The customer service was amazing! I worked with two different young ladies and they both were very professional and helpful! I had such a great experience!

Fast pickup and drop of vehicle thought it would take longer. They dont tell u that u have to have 40$ deposit plus the price of the rental kar when u pick up. They refunded me my 300$ deposit immediately at drop off tho so that was excellent

Great customer service

The warning light saying "maintenance required return to the dealer for service" light came on and the lane line alarm was an unfamiliar and unwelcome feature on the car. I contacted road side assistance and decided to wait and return the car the next day to the pick up site. I received good service from the staff and was told the mechanic just forgot to turn off the warning sign. The lane line alarm was supposedly disabled but it didn't stay off. The car was not in good shape from an electronics standpoint and caused me concern about its reliability while driving it. The key fob and automatic car lock was very slow almost unreliable to lock and unlock, the trunk would not open with the key fob or the button inside the car.. The staff in the rental office was friendly, helpful and kind. They didn't have the inventory to give me a different car after reporting the issues or the skills to fix the problems with the car I was assigned. Disappointing experience overall.

I received a voicemail from Hertz Corporation stating I was late turning in my car. I turned in my car six days ago prior to the voicemail. After I hung up with corporate, I drove to the car rental location because I was in the area. As it turned out, my contract was not closed! A worker took care of it, and I am currently waiting for an email showing that my contract has been closed.
