Picked car up at the airport.

No car was available .it would be nice to actually get a car.

I like the customer service from Malcolm who listened to my concerns and addressed the issue a few days later. The first car I received had a cloudy speedometer and i could only be seen from 40 km onwards. As they had ran out of cars, I was told to return it the following day at 11:30am for another, but when I showed up Malcolm was not there and I met a rude, grumpy person, who could not be bothered, told me they had no cars, and when I pointed out another to him, he told me it was not clean. I told him I would still take it as I could see the dials. I asked him to clean/ sanitize the inside (steering wheel etc) and he offered me very a dirty cloth. I asked him to clean it and he became grumpier and told me he had nothing to clean it with. I then asked him to note the defects on the car and he told me both he and Malcolm knew all the faults on all their cars. I had to go around the car and insisted that he made a note of all scratches and dents. Most of their cars are old and for what they are worth, I believe they over charge. I would only ever rent from them again if I knew I would be dealing with Malcolm.

They did not have a car for our reservation. No explanation other than we’re busy.

Never rent from this establishment. We receieved a car with a battery which died on us the next morning and a tire which was punctured. We were forced to seek a jump start and take the car back to the airport. After asking to switch out our car they refused and told us we would have to pay extra or take the car to the mechanic ourselves. After taking the car to their mechanic we waited an hour for the tire and battery to be changed. Upon finally returning this almost broken car we were told that we would be charged for a missing hubcap which the mechanic who changed the tire didn’t put on the replacement tire! We have had a terrible experience and will never be renting here again.

I did not like anything I waisted a lot of time They charged me more than I expected The vehicle empty empty can’t even drive to a gas station I wait 2 hours and 27 minutes before I get the car
